My Philosophy
My goal isn't to just create beautiful photographs.
It is to create artwork you'll enjoy every day. Something that captures the personality of the person/people in that artwork. So you can look back and remember.
That's why every session is designed with the finished product in mind. From wall portraits that become part of your home to albums your family will flip through for years. I'll help you choose the images you love most and decide how they should be displayed instead of leaving you to figure it all out on your own.
Because photographs become priceless when they're printed.
Two Different Types of Portrait Sessions
I offer two very different portrait photography experiences so you can choose the one that fits your needs best.
Simple Sessions
Simple Sessions are designed to be quick, easy, and affordable. Sessions are at the studio only.
These are offered on select studio dates and are perfect for a few senior portraits, milestone photos, or anyone who wants beautiful images without the full custom experience.
Simple Sessions include:
- A brief planning conversation before your session
- A short studio session
- Professionally edited images
- An online gallery where you can purchase prints and digital images
Signature Sessions
Signature Sessions are my full-service portrait experience and the most popular choice by far!
These sessions are more personalized and allow plenty of time for multiple looks, locations, and creating artwork designed specifically for your home or office.
Signature Sessions include:
- Planning and consultation
- Personalized session experience - on location, at the studio or both!
- Professional editing and retouching
- A guided ordering appointment where I'll help you select images, wall art, albums, and gifts
- Design assistance so your portraits don't just sit on a computer
Investment
I offer sessions for a variety of needs and budgets.
Simple Sessions
Perfect for updated portraits, milestones or those wanting something short and sweet. These sessions are at the studio only and only on select days each month.
$260 session fee and order deposit.
Online ordering for basic prints and products that are shipped to you. Typical print orders range from $250-$800
Signature Portrait Sessions
Full service session model with a more customized experience.
Typically $600-$800 initial session fee and order deposit.
Printed artwork, albums and digital collections are purchased separately, allowing you to choose exactly what fits your family and your home. Most clients invest anywhere from $1500-$2500+ on their finished portraits, though there are options both below and above that depending on what you choose.
Is This the Right Fit?
If you're looking for the cheapest photographer, I'm probably not the best fit, and that's okay.
