Composites

Athlete is extracted from the original image & placed on a digital background. Team photos are built after picture day using the extracted individual images. This option makes picture day quick & efficient.

Traditional

Athlete is photographed on the same background that is printed (gym, field, other outdoor location). Teams are photographed together on picture day. This option takes a little more time on picture day.

School sports team sessions typically occur immediately following a school day on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays.

It is best to get with me early to schedule your sports team session - I recommend at least 8 weeks lead time to ensure you can get on my calendar!

Timelines

Sports Team Picture Timeline

Here is what you can expect:

ONE - schedule your team session & send me the team roster with parent name, emails and mobile numbers

TWO - picture day happens and proofs are emailed and texted to the parents 1-2 weeks after picture day

THREE - parents place orders online - Customers can take advantage of a coupon (deadline is communicated in parent emails) and they can avoid shipping charges by placing their order by a free shipping deadline (also communicated in parent emails) - these orders will be sent to me - and I will get them to my team contact to hand out. Customers can still place an order for at least 3 months after these deadlines.

FOUR - Delivery of print orders will occur around 2-3 weeks after the free shipping deadline
